Firefox users please help

I''ve been trying to login under Firefox and can''t seem to do it. I have no problem logging in from Internet Explorer. I e-mailed admin and they said to make sure I am accepting cookies and I am. It''s possible that I have an older version of Firefox. How do I tell? Any ideas?

My version is 3.0.4.

Go to Help-->About Mozilla Firefox. There you will find the version you have.

I have Mozilla 3.0.4, too.

Do you have some sort of a site manager that would be denying internet access?? Also, try clearing your temp files.

Upgrading to 3.04 did not help. I thought I had already deleted my temp files by resetting to default settings on Internet Explorer. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help so far

Sometimes you also need to delete the cookies.
