finding tiffany inspred earrings- HELP for wedding

Hi everyone. You''ve been so much help in the past, and I need to find a tiffany inspired set of earrings for my FI for the wedding. She says they are perfect, but unfortunately with saving for the wedding they are out of the budget... they are the Tiffany Rainbow Drop earrings. Ive attached the link below.
