Finding a local jeweler

Alright, I think I finally have an idea of what setting and what diamond I want to buy for an engagement ring. Unfortunately the setting and the diamond will come from two different online jewelers so I think I''ll have to buy both and then find a local jeweler to get it set for me.

I live in Mountain View, CA ... does anyone know of a good jeweler that could do this? Also, how much would it cost?

Are you sure you can't get them both from the same place? That would be much better for you. 

I see you are listing a Whiteflash ACA diamond -great choice!. Is that where you are thinking of getting your diamond? Did you know WF can custom make a setting for you to closely match any photo or sketch you might have? They did for me and many others!


If not, I would just consider having one of the on line vendors you are buying from set the diamond rather than taking them both to a local jeweler.


About the ACA diamond you posted, I am no diamond expert, but perhaps you might consider trading down on clarity and up on colorless, in roughly the same size - with this ACA diamond?
