Hi everyone!
I joined a few weeks ago and didn't get around to introducing myself. It isn't like I'm new to forums and their protocol - just been up to my eyeballs in work which has made me mostly a lurker up until today.
I work in the design field (architecture, in H/R, finances) and have for many years. I'm in NYC but live in NJ. About to get engaged yet again, at 56 so I'm here to gather info and advice. I already knew a bit about how to pick a diamond from the last time(s) but have really found it was not quite enough! The board regulars here are an amazing group of people, the level of helpfulness is remarkable.
I have a few pieces of older jewelry handed down to me. Once I have time I'll show them off
