I got 0.9 for HCA, but the IGI report grades the cut as very good? The estimated AGS cut is Excellent by D.Nea.

It's in the range I was looking for in terms of size and price: this is the only other one I am considering:

HCA 2.7, and the live video looks pretty great to me. But I have basically no idea what I'm doing

The HCA score under 2 indicates that the pavilion and crown angles are complementary and will work together.

The first stone says 'unavailable' now but the second stone is still available. The crown angle is a little high for the pavilion angle, so it is a touch 'steep/deep', but it is not terrible.

Are you purchasing for yourself or another person? Either way, you should be aware that De Beers has just launched 'Lightbox', selling MMDs under 1ct for $800/carat, so the market is currently in some turmoil and the full effects are yet to play out. If you have time to wait, it could be advisable to see what happens over the next few months, but I appreciate that you may want a stone sooner than that
