FAY CULLEN - DIAMOND PURCHASE

Has anyone had any experience with purchasing loose diamonds from Fay Cullen? Any help is appreicated.

I haven't but on PS 1 I read quite a few not so great reviews regarding their customer service and return policy. But I don't have any first hand experience at all with them. I tried to search for you to post a link on some reviews but the new way to search takes forever.

Hopefully someone(s) who've purchased through them will see this and let you know if their experience was good or not.. Or you can try searching for reviews.

Did you read the return policy on the website? Just be sure to do so!
