Favorite Holiday baking recipes?

What are your favorite baking recipes to make around the holidays? I love making snickerdoodles and sugar cookies close to Christmas. I like making haystacks in fall, they fit the season and are so yummer. I''m actually learning to make Pecan Pie for the holidays this year too.

Yumm..snickerdoodles

. I like to make sugar cookies, magic cookie bars (soo easy and delish), pecan pie, dutch apple pie, maple walnut cookies and usually a batch of fudge or turtles whenever the holidays come around. Dh and I both have the WORST sweet tooths ever! I should add that I only make 1 a week or so..(so we dont sound like piggies haha)

Regular pecan and chocolate pecan pies are my favorite. I make my own caramel for the pie and forgo the Karo syrup (too sweet and sticky IMO). I also get asked to make my sour cream apple and sour cream peach pies often.
