I can't think of any generic detraction... If the diamodns is suposed to be a super ideal H&A cut, than this is not compatible with the pedigree (and a chunk of the premium) even if the stone does show a reasonably neat arrows pattern. For obscure reasons, these H&A rounds have their cut graded beyond what is visible...
Otherwise, small extra facets are not all that unusual and often one cannot see any trace of them on the set diamond anyway. One can become a detraction if it affects the look or the durability of the diamond. The position of the extra facet and it's size is crucial for both: it better be under the pavilion facets somewhere but not carve the girdle nearby too thin.
Do you have a copy of the lab cert with the plot? Or the girdle profile from Sarin ? Either would help
