Wee bit shallower c/p than we usually see.
If you like the stone and it is a good price, eyeclean to your specifications, etc. I wouldn't worry about it unless you are after something more "mind clean".
On a stone of this size I would not count on pronging those inclusions, unless your rep says otherwise.
