Expert help on this ASET!!

Hi all- starting a new thread. My friend pulled this and wanted advice. It’s a little over 2 and I have the ASET. Do you need the table and depth etc? Lmk. Here are the photos. Thanks again - I know he appreciates your expert opinions.

Sorry- he asked for me to show you this one too! It’s down to these two. Ps. In your expert opinion- do you feel the lower color diamonds will look whiter (when a lower color) if it is a best cut?

Edit...lower color can look brighter face up when it is well cut when compared to a stone that is not well-cut. However, there is no way to judge
these two stones against each other. We dont even know the colors.

Thanks so much. They are only one color apart and low colors. I meant the ASETS look the same to me. I really don’t know around stones. I’m just helping someone. I think he’ll go with the last one you said looked good. What are your thoughts on the inclusions of this stone? Thank you again!!!!

What is the clarity grade?

Do you have the stone on hold...if not, just ask them to put it on hold and provide a link to the stone.

Its hard to go wrong with an ACA. Did they say it was eye-clean? A link would be helpful so we're not throwing darts in the dark.

I found your stone. It's a K color and VS2 clarity. It's not on reserve, so I am not going to post a link.

The web page for the stone says it's eye clean. And, looking at the video, I would agree it's eye clean. The crystal does show up in some of the other images, but it's clear so I think you are good.

As far as your color and clarity concerns go, the beauty of buying from a vendor like WF is they have this stone in their vault and can easily pull it and inspect further for you. Also, since you are concerned about color, you can ask them if this is a strong K (almost J) or low K (almost L) or maybe just a solid K.

Additionally, they could pull a J and this K together and do a side by side comparison to help you see the difference in color. Many people have a hard time telling the difference in just a single color grade.

Overall, it looks like a solid stone. Very firey.

I would advise anyone buying a K color stone to ensure the person wearing it is okay with a little tint. It won't be school bus yellow by any stretch, but you should expect some tint when viewing from the side/pavilion. The top view will be more forgiving, as illustrated in the pictures below.

Nice! If the K ends up being too low they can easily trade up color down the road.
