Need help from the experts here..

I have been searching for an engagement ring for ages and am starting to go mad with all the theory on angles, max light return / fire etc!!
I have now arranged to go see a diamond and would really appreciate any advice the experts here can provide...

Round Brilliant (H&A)
Carat weight:1.23
Color: H
Clarity: VS2
Cut/Pol/Sym: Ex/Ex/Ex
Depth: 62.1%
Table: 57.1%
Crown angle: 35.5%
Pav angle: 40.8%
Upper girdle angle: 43.5%
Lower girdle angle: 41.8%
Lower girdle facet: 78.9% (length) / 80.5% (Depth)
Girdle: Medium to Slightly Thick (faceted)
Culet: None (0.6%)
Fluorescence: None

The diamond has excellent lustre and is also AGS000 standard and with no fractional deductions in terms of all of the light performance parameters assessed by AGS.

Also, full Helium Scan here for those that understand it!!! Helium Scan: http://snack.to/czhj0nuv

What do the learned experts here think... is this worth going for or should I hold out for better angles?

Thanks!

PS - For some reason the UK doesn't seem to have many Hearts and Arrows diamonds available (apparently the majority of people here are c.5years behind the US in understanding about the importance of cut... is shocking how few retailers (including high end) even know about H&A)!! How can you spend $10k on something and not read up about it!!!

Welcome to Pricescope Ice Baby,
Well, they say knowledge is power and ignorance is bliss. Yes, the UK and AUS and the rest of the world is a little behind the USA as far as better cut diamonds. But fear not we still have plenty of vendors here that love to sell high clarity/ high color diamonds that are not so well cut. Since I am not a expert, I am pretty surprised that you can even find a AGS diamond in ALL of England. As far as I can see, the diamond looks like a keeper, no red flags. It should be eye clean but occassionally VS-2 can have inclusions that can be spotted by someone who is sharp eyed at certain angles.

Thanks!
