Experience doing wire transfer with James Allen?

Hi all. I purchased a diamond from James Allen and completed the wire transfer yesterday AM. I checked with JA the next day to see if they received it, but they told me it hasn't gone through yet and may take 3-5 days. My bank is telling me the transfer did go through and provided me with a Federal tracking #. My understanding was that domestic transfers go through the same day if sent in the morning.

For those that have done domestic wire transfers with JA, how long did it typically take to get a confirmation from JA? Thank you!

I oddly just recently had a VERY different experience with them. Sent a wire transfer around 10am and I was expecting a day or two delay (actually I was HOPING for it because I wanted the 30 day return period to extend past my proposal JUST INCASE).

Well I got a notification from JA by that same afternoon that my wire was received. Very surprising.
