My fiancée wants a channel set princess cut diamond eternity wedding band in white gold (size 4.5). Most of The jewelers cringe when I ask about eternity bands. Many say they don’t have them because the stone will fall out or get damaged. The ones that do have a huge range in price. All stone are stated as G-H color and VS clarity 1 CT tw. Here are some examples...
• 34 diamonds 3 points each $1149, $1009, $1750
• 25 diamonds 4 points each $800
• 20 diamonds 5 points each $2800
• 18 diamonds 6 points each $2299
What questions should I ask the jewelers and how should the size of the diamonds affect the price? Any thing you can tell me or if you could send me a link that has relevant information would be greatly appreciated.
