Eternity band carat weight question again

I am have fallen in love with a cushion eternity band but am torn on the carat weight. My finger is a size 5.5. will the 5 carats overwhelm my hand? FYI, I don't wear my ering on that finger, though I may consider stacking sometime in the future.

So...4 or 5 carats???

I am thinking I already answered this, but I also wear a 5.5 and a 3 ct. ring is about all I would care to have as a standalone eternity. But of those two, I would choose 4 carats. The bigger the stones, the bulkier the ring is and I think that might not be so comfortable between the fingers. I'd do a 5 stone band if I wanted really large diamonds.

I'm so glad you mentioned comfort between fingers, as that is my concern right now.
