Looks nice, but it's a bit hazy like you say. Can't you get more pictures, different angles and in focus?

Even with the haze... those prongs! YUM.

I love it.

Gorgeous!!!

I wouldn't change a thing. Looks lovely:)

I love it

Beautiful..

Oh my! That's spectacular!

Those PRONGS are TDF!! Double prongs??? double TDF!! WoW!! :lickout:

oh --- sorry --- what was the question?

Now I want an oval in that setting! Beautiful!

Have you seen pics of the stone by itself? Cause the setting is gorgeous.

Gypsy- I provided the stone..it is a bit alarming because the stone looks different - I'm assuming its angle and hazy pic. I'll attach the stone pic for you

It's Gia 3.03 g vs1

The setting is fantastic. On first glance, I thought it was a SK setting!

Is this the hand forged bench?

The prongs are fantastic!

It is not hand forged... It's cad/cast. I debated back and forth on which to do. In the end I decided not to do pave on the the shank and that helped me go cast route. I was as specific as I could be on what I wanted as far as amount of metal and prongs ect. I've learned a lot from you ( and your to die for collection) and gypsy.
I kind of can't believe that ive gotten away with all positive glowing comments - ha I thought for sure someone would have a looks great, but.....
Thanks!! I'll post pics when it arrives.

I can't believe that's the CAD bench. And I LOVE the fact that there is no pave on the shank!

The prongs are divine. The ring looks like your cads only more delicate and nicer. How long did it take ERD to make it after you finalized the cads?

Really beautiful! Whenever I see a gorgeous ERD CAD/CAST piece, I always get the urge to email them and do a project :P

By the way, the diamond looks the same to me. I can't wait for you to see it.

It took 2 weeks post cad finilization.

I plan on posting a thread after my ring arrives- on getting quotes / cost differentials by percentage ect. and vendors responsiveness- very interesting and goes against a lot of posts on here. I had all of the biggies quote.

This has been a most interesting journey... It was much easier getting engaged than upgrading

That is magnificent!!

Beautiful! Congrats on such a gorgeous ring! :appl:

It is stunning!

I made the choice to go CAD with my ERD halo too and I'm so glad that I did.
Can't wait to see it on your hand. Enjoy your new ring :)

I have a Cad/cast ERD halo setting and it is beautiful. This is coming from someone who is extremely picky about stuff.

Your ring looks beautiful. Wear it good health and happiness!

Damn! It looks fabulous up close to the point where I can easily believe you if you said it's hand forged. The oval looks like the same stone, so no worries about it being switched or the wrong diamond.

GORGEOUS

Gorgeous!! Just stunning! I also love the no pave on the shank decision.

Wow! This is stunning!
