Has anyone tried this on or seen it in person? My mom and I are both convinced this is it (I know it's not exactly traditional - but I think that's what we like!). As I've only been engaged 10 days (my first BWW post!!! YAY!) we haven't been dress shopping yet, but I thought I'd get some input. TIA ladies!

It's Enzoani Dulce

I think I like the first one better... The second one has a weird bunchy thing going on by the butt... Enjoy your dress shopping!!

The first one is prettier IMO... BUT its honestly up to you... Its a pretty dress... but I personally wouldnt wear it for my wedding as it isnt white or ivory... but it looks like a gold or bronze or soemthing... But if it was in white or a really light light ivory... Id totally wear it... I love the darker beading on it... reminds me of a Jenny packham dress.... it is definitely pretty though!

I haven''t seen either of those dresses in person, but the boutique I work for carries Enzoani.. They are definitely well made dresses. The fabrics are always high quality. I really adore their line. If we get either of those dresses in the shop (we''re always getting new stuff) then I will let you know!

I think both dresses are great! But, I do think you should try dresses on first without a particular one in mind to see which silhouette looks best on you first. I found a dress when I was in my "just looking phase" that I loved so much that I went on a road trip (across three states) just to try it on. I put it on and learned, very quickly, that I am too short to wear that silhouette. Instead, I am now exclusively looking at a silhouette I would have NEVER thought I would go with, just because it is what flatters me the most.

Thanks everyone for your comments.
Tuckins: I agree...I do like the first one best, too.

Blonde Bunny: I''ve always leaned towards a champagne color, so it doesn''t surprise me that I could potentially not be wearing white. But I do know what you mean! it does come in white and ivory, though - just with white or ivory beading as well - so all hope is not lost on a white wedding!

OUpear: THANKS! I would love to know what you think if you get one of these in. A local bridal atelier is having an Enzoani trunk show in a few weeks - I''m hoping it''s in then and I can see it in person. It''s also good to know that they are good quality - it''s a lot of money to spend on something that feels like it could fall apart on you!

Katamari: I COMPLETELY agree with you! I have a friend that bought her dress sight unseen - just saw a picture and ordered it. Never tried it on or anything. It worked out beautifully for her, but I DEFINITELY would not be able to do it! I''ve never imagined myself in a strapless dress - and I''m making a point of going into dress shopping with no limitations. I''ll try on anything before making decisions on silhouette! Thanks for the affirmation!

Those are gorgeous -- Glamorous with a capital "G!" Good luck with your search for the perfect dress!

I''d like to respectfully disagree with Blondebunny - I think that colour is gorgeous. Depending on your complexion, it could be way more flattering than white, too.

Haha! It would probably be more flattering than white on me. I''m a natural redhead - what my DF likes to call a "day walker" I tan a nice shade of human - rather than just blistering in the sun. But I''m still very fair skinned - and white may just make me look like a weird flash in a mirror in pictures! LOL! Anyway I have an appt at an Enzoani trunk show - I''m hoping it''s there for me to try on! YAY!

LOL! No worries! I knew what you meant!

I haven''t seen either dress- but both are beautiful. I''m sure they''ll look much better in person and on a real person rather than a model with a funky pose.

They are both gorgeous! But I have to say, WTH do models strike that ridiculous looking pose when wearing this type of gown, they look they are suffering from a sudden and painful attack of the runs.

Paloma & Honey: Haha! Mom and I have be cracking up about this since we saw the dress! Why do the models all look MISERABLE! I think they are just hungry - Mom thinks they have diarrhea!
