Engagement Chicken tonight!

I am going to make it tonight even though I am not expecting a proposal for another few months. I''m not sure that I will be able to say the chicken had anything to do with the proposal when it happens, but it just sounds yummy, so I thought I would make it anyway!

Engagement or not, that recipe is to die for! FI and I love it and have it pretty regularly. I suggest serving it with roasted baby red potatoes and roasted asparagus.

Just to let you girls know, the chicken was really good and I only burned one finger and cut the roof of my mouth on a wheat thin! I''m very accident-prone, so I consider this a success. That, and he really enjoyed the chicken too!

MD- Good luck making it when you do! I modified the recipe a little bit to add rosemary and garlic, taking from some of the suggestions from the lovely ladies on here. Enjoy!
