Waaaaaaaa! I can''t get the drag and drop to work. Is there some other way for Vista users? My tabs are at the top and when I drag to the tab I get an arrow with a plus sign and the new window never comes up. Sniff, what am I doing wrong?

You probably need to open two actual windows of IE. I dont think it will work with the tabs.

Hehehe...it was me actually!!

Fab job Skippers!!! Michelle, I had that trouble too with the tabs, until Hubby worked it out that I hadn't opened another window. If you do that, it will work.

It's weird, though. I can't paste copied links into the mountain-image thing or the world-link thing while I'm in Firefox, but I can in Safari. And Safari was just being dumb in that it wouldn't let me submit the post after I'd done it, so I copy and pasted THAT back into Firefox, and finally got this to post. Curiouser and curiouser...but thanks! Good to know how to do this! And thank you Skippy for putting them all in one place!

WTF?? I use the drag and drop method for doing pics on my desktop and I don't have this problem. I have two windows open, I drag the pic over the second window bar until it opens, then I drop it in the reply. Alas, no pic...

If the click & drag doesn't work, you can copy the location of the image and paste it in these tags:

img src="copiedimagelocation"

Put the whole thing between <> to signal that it's code, and swap out my copiedimagelocation for the actual image location, and you should be good to go, if the board lets me post it this way.

ETA: Like, when I copy the image location, I get this: http://www.pricescope.com/idealbb/files/love1.gif

So I'd type img src="http://www.pricescope.com/idealbb/files/love1.gif"

And then put it between the carrots (these guys: <> ), which should in theory show the image below if I'm explaining it right...

ETA2: YAY! It worked. Hopefully that's a back-up alternative for anyone still having trouble!
