Elton John/ Angie Harmon Ring

Hi all. I am hoping someone can help me. The day Angie Harmon got engaged to Jason Sehorn on the Tonight Show, Elton John was the other guest, and he was wearing a ring that looked like it was made up of a group of loose beads. Angie loved it so much when she was on Oprah years later, Jason surprised her with it (I believe it was a Valentine''s related episode). I thought it might be Cartier, but can find nothing like that. I just hoped someone here might have an idea of who might have made it, or seen something like it. I just think it is really cool.

my money is on Cartier.Elson John is very well known for his personal and proffesional relationship with the house of Cartier.Seen him wear a few Tiffany pieces as well over the years.Cartier did design a ring the was a grouping of round ruby beads that looks like red cherries on a band.
