Hi everyone...I know, I know, ebay YIKES !!! But what are your comments on this diamond??? Item #

Hi Abbott,
First of all, based on the GIA numbers, there is nothing to suggest a bad cut.
As far as eBay- well.......
The price is quite low.
One of the things I love about eBay is that yu can check out a lot of things about a seller ( or buyer)
In this case, there is not a whole lot to go on
The person is not offering any other similar items, so it likely is a private individual- that would also explan the price.

Have you communicated with the seller?

Please note the main stone wieghs only 2.09ct and the small round white diamonds weight .83ct.... The total weight for the entire ring is 2.92, not the center stone.....It is very misleading though possibly unintended....




The cert says fancy intense which makes this rather unusual....May be a very nice diamond.

Hi David- Yes, listing a ring as a 2.92 when the center stone is 2.09 is a pet peeve of mine as well.

The grade of Fancy Intense Yellow is not all that unusual- expensive yes, and more rare- but they are definately available.
