This stuff seems to work so I have to ask. My 14 year old baby, Margaret the cat, is having surgery this afternoon. She has a tumor on her spleen. The needle biopsy did not show any signs of cancer, but they really won't know until they operate. She's very feisty, but she's just a little seven pound bit of kitty and it's an understatement to say we're worried. So if you can spare any dust I would really appreciate it.

Lots and lots of kitty dust out to Margaret!!!!

AWWWWW! :((

Tons of dust heading your way . . .

Sending lots and lots of dust to Margaret!

Aww, I hope Margaret will do great - thinking good thoughts...

Seven pounds. That's adorable. My cat is small and she weighs eleven. Dust and best wishes for Margaret.

A huge thank you to everyone who posted. Margaret is home and she just had a bite to eat. The vet said the tumor was encapsulated and she did great during surgery. It was the size of a lemon! The biopsy will take about a week, but she seemed optimistic. They gave her a pain shot that's supposed to last three days and her pupils are huge.

She is tiny Imdanny. But today at the vet I met a full grown three pound dog. That's teeny.

Feel better Margaret!!!!

Yay so glad Margaret is home! :appl: Hope she recovers soon. ETA: and that the news are good on the biopsy - so sending some lots of dust for her on that.

So glad the surgery went well. Sending dust for a quick recovery and good news from the biopsy results.

Sending some dust and prayers for your little kitty. My own kitty back home tops out around 7 pounds soaking wet, and she sends some dust, too.

I'm glad Margaret is doing well! :))

Andelain, the coloring on your cat is beautiful especially how there are different colors above and below the eyes.

Glad your tiny but not teeny kitty is recovering well :) Our cat here is 19 pounds lol

Good news! :appl: :appl: :appl:

Continued dust for Margaret!! I hope she is up to her old tricks soon.
:wavey:

Andelain-your kitty is beautiful. Cehra, we had a 24 pounder who is big all over. He developed an overactive thyroid and despite meds is down to 15 lbs.

Margaret is eating today but she is walking around in something of a stupor. She'll stare at the same thing for an hour.I just talked to the vet and she suspects it's just the pain medication. She hasn't bothered her stitches yet but I am worried about that because when we put the e collar on her she freaked and kept bothering it until she pulled it off. Any suggestions are welcome.

No suggestions except pull the collar on tight - if she can't get out of it she will stop trying...eventually.

I am delighted she is home and they think the surgery went well.

Thanks Steal! I'll give it another try.

Much dust for Margaret. I hope that the biopsy confirms that the tumor was benign.

Oh no poor Margaret. Lots and lots of healing *****DUST******

Thanks RS and Blackpaw. So far she's leaving her stitches alone but she's still a little loopy.
