Dreaming of 3ct RB ...

Hi There PSers... just wanted to say you guys are awesome!

Last night at 1am, I was so excited I couldn''t sleep... I was searching the ERD site and believe it or not... I found a 3ct D H&A SI2 with ex/ex/ex and great numbers for only $11k+

You guessed it, went on today and they corrected the obvious error, it''s currently $35k+
What would ERD have done had I purchased it with CC online or called it in while the error was still posted?
Do online vendors honor or discount in some way for pricing errors?

Just curious for... next time

I don''t think buying a diamond is quite the same as buying something at the grocers where the scanned price is final

I have heard of a price adjustment from WF when the posted price was wrong, but that was a couple hundred dollars. I think if you had bought it you would have gotten a polite "I''m sorry" phone call.

That''s a tough situation. I imagine they would have contacted you about a pricing error and probably not have sold it for that price. I saw a beautiful 3 ct RB last weekend and it was $34,000 - I drooled and moved along.
