Hiya, just heading off to work but thought I''d ask the question.........what have you got planned for today?

I''m off to see Justin Timberlake tonight in concert on his futuresex/love show. I love going to gigs and have been to hundreds in the last 20 years. Although not a massive fan of JTs, I enjoy the spectacular shows which come over from the US. Saw Pink twice last year, she was awesome, some chanter. Saw JT a few years ago and he was excellent, saw Britney......hmmm, mimed all concert bar 2 songs, Beyonce was excellent but the best singer I have ever seen and best show was Christina Aguilera, can''t wax lyrical enough about her, she was amazing.

So doing anything interesting today? Been to any good gigs/concerts?

I''m working today, very tired as the bf and I were up late driving home from a funeral. I''ll be ready for bed as soon as I get home tonight I can tell. Sorry, for a 27 year old I lead a somewhat boring life. I''m out the door at 5 and home at 7, in bed by 9 most nights.

As for shows, we just saw Lily Allen in one of her last US shows before she cancelled her tour. We also saw Ray Lamontagne, Brett Dennen, Sarah Barielles, Tristan Pettyman, and a few other names in the last year or so. They''re not quite as big as JT but if you listen to Coffeehouse on Sirius then you''ve heard them all.

Wow JT; he is a cutie!!! Fun! They only concert I have been to was Smashing Pumpkins & General Public in the 90's

I am studying, sighing up for a class to help w/the studying. Meeting a friend for lunch at my favorite who's who of ABQ restaurant Slate Street. More studying and then step aerobics.
Nothing exciting.

Today I am exercising, doing school work and making dinner. Tonight we''ll just hang out at home.

The last concert I attended was Bare Naked Ladies. In the last year or two we''ve seen: BNL, Jimmy Buffett, John Cougar Mellencamp (or John Cougar, or John Mellancamp, I can''t remember who he is now), DMB, The Rolling Stones, The Who and some others that have escaped me. I haven''t had caffiene yet!

JT sounds like a fun concert! I just got my DH tickets to see the Police at Wrigley Field this July, he is so excited. Sometimes he''ll just break out with ROXANNNNNNEE, around the house, lol.

We''ve been to see Jimmy Buffett a few times but as far as concerts go that''s about it, we usually end up seeing musicals or plays or going to ball games for entertainment.

Concerts.. um, I can''t even remember the last. How sad is that?

As for today, I''ve been at work and happy to leave fairly soon. Then, home to help w/homework and other such motherly duties. Then, off to Spanish class tonight. I may get in a workout before Spanish if I''m doing really good. Just another day for me!

Ok well I''m shattered.

The concert was amazing, what a talented guy. He came on at 8.45 and the show finished at 11.15!!! Timbaland played half way through for 20 mins and he was brilliant too. JT is an amazing dancer and brilliant singer, totally enjoyed myself and ''swung my pants''........danced lots!!........bonus, he''s very easy on the eye

People are mad in Scotland, we all go crazy at gigs, dancing, singing and screaming so have a scratchy throat today and could quite easily climb back into bed for a few more hours but alas, work gets in the way. Oh well weekend starts in 10 hours.
