Does the table% be less than depth% always?

Hi
Do we always need to have table% less than the depth%... i am searching for diamonds and few have table% more than the depth though within the desired range Example:Table 74% and depth73.1% for princess... should i reject these stones immediately?
thanks....trying very hard to become an expert before i buy a diamond
