To answer your question, I can see how some may think it's too much, but I don't think it looks ugly.

Yeah that sorta bothers me too. Unfortunately the wb and the er are a little different. I was hoping putting something between them would make me not notice that, but I think it's made it look worse.

Well I personally think it looks FAB together! Not too much at all and definitely NOT ugly! And I don't mind the size difference of the ER & wedding band but then, I like non matchy sets. Maybe you're just not used to it-- keep wearing it for a few days and see how you feel then.
 
Ok, my love, my honest opinion is not that it's too much... the colors/patterns look rad together. But I totally notice the fact that the new ring is smaller :( and I'm not feelin it.

Sorry. Just my opinion and should be taken with many grains o salt.
 
Its a beautiful ring...would be nice if it was a tad taller. Did you buy it specifically for stacking with ering and wedding band or
did you plan on wearing as a RHR too?
 
Yeah, I thought as much. I love it from the side, but I don't think I like it straight on. I'm going to wear it overnight and see how I feel in the morning, but I may wind up sending it back and saving up for what I really want . . . a set of pears to flank this Betty (I've named my rock "Betty McBlingerton). Basically exactliy like Karleigh's. ;-)
 
I think it looks awesome. It's not too much at all, it's perfection actually.
 
Personally, the sapphire band draws my attention away from the engagement ring because of the color, that it's smaller, etc. Could it go on another finger? It doesn't look like too much, but doesn't appear to be a match made in heaven. Of course, if that's how you prefer it, by all means.. each of them are pretty pieces!
 
I think because it's smaller, it should be worn first, not in between.
 
I love it alone and also really like it with your wb, but the three compete and detract from one another. Also, the height difference bugs be when the three are together, but the wb/bezel pairs looks grand!
 
Ditto what dreamer said...but I don't think ugly is the right word at all! can you wear the band on your right hand? or maybe you can mix and match?
 
I really like the new band but it being smaller than the others just does not work for me.
 
I'm a stacker, so I love it. I don't think the size difference is much to worry about. I have several rings I wear together that aren't perfectly matched in size - in fact, the 3 I wear together the most, well, not a one of them is truly matched - yet one of the highest end jewelry designers in town comments on how she loves the way I wear my rings. It's all just a matter of personal preference in the end. (I mix metals too, which I know is a no-no for many people, but I love it).

So the real question is do YOU like it? If so, who cares what the naysayers say?
 
Nope, doesn't look ugly at all! I love the fact that you can change up the look. Wear all 3, or just the band depending on your mood.
 
Definitely NOT ugly! I would just wear it on the outside of your wedding set when you want to wear all three together so you can see the color.
 
I personally think it looks great! I want to be able to stack some day, I love the way it looks.
