i found it while googling 'lace wedding dress' and its the only dress i've really loved but have no idea who its by. anyone got any ideas?

I'm pretty certain this is a jim hjelm gown. This is from pre 2010. You might be able to special order or find it preowned.

House Cat is good! I used her Jim Hjelm clue and found the style number -- JH8904. The dress is gorgeous!!! Not sure what size you are, but I see on one preownedweddingdresses.
