Does anyone know why this stone did not make to WF ACA?

Hi, saw this stone at WF expert selection
It scores HCA 1.1 and 3Ideal in the report. I can't see any leakage on ASET. Does anyone know why it did not make into WF ACA?
Maybe the inclusion??? Thanks!

Star facets is too small, ACA is around 57%, and lower half facets too large, ACA is around 77%. The larger lower half will make the hearts image have significant cleft in the hearts.
