Does anyone know what 14k PAT FL-L mean

I recently bought a ring. Pretty sure it’s vintage. It’s stamped 14k for the gold but I’ve read conflicting reviews for what the PAT FL-L means. It should be here Monday but I’ll attach photos from the seller. Just wondering if anyone knows before I bring it to the jewelry store to have it looked at.
