Does anyone know about settings by Uneek?

That's weird... I totally thought that was a Tacori because when I clicked on the link (in this and your other thread), the tab said Tacori! I thought it was a cheap price for Tacori and an odd spelling of "unique"... now it makes sense! It does look nice, but I know nothing of Uneek... don't recall anyone buying a Uneek ring.

Maybe you bought it?

Do a search here for "Uneek", you'll get a few threads. My very first setting (a few years ago) was a wide, 18K WG semi-mount by Uneek.

Hi Lynne. No, I didn''t buy it. I did a search last night and saw that you had had a Uneek. However, I don''t think you said if you were happy or not with the setting? Your input? Was Uneek o.k. to deal with?

The setting was fine... I didn''t have any problems with it.

Knowing what I know now, I did overpay (A LOT) for it (bought it from a local jeweler after seeing it in a catalog)... but that was really no one''s fault but my own.

Also, apparently I am one of those people who have a heckuva time with WG turning (yellowish) on me quickly so I had to have the ring re-dipped OFTEN. But again, not Uneek''s fault.

Lastly, I got tired of that setting really fast, and wanted a much different "look", so I didn''t wear it very long. But of course, that wasn''t Uneek''s fault, either.

So, all in all, it wasn''t the best jewelry experience I''ve ever had

but I can''t "blame" anyone (except myself!

) for it!
