Does a rose gold band darken the ering?

My ering is a K. I love the idea of wearing it with a rose gold band, but every time I do, I feel like the rose gold band impacts the color of my ering and makes the color look even more yellow. Looking for opinions from those of you Who have tried wearing a rose gold band with a K colored stone.

Wasn't there a thread recently about rose gold impacting a j or k color? Maybe I'm remembering it wrong. Hmmmn

I don't know Nala, that looks like a big firecracker to me! I'm not really seeing any unfavorable darkness but I know it may be hard to capture on camera.

I love to wear rose gold with my L diamond - so much that I have been considering an all rose gold reset. Here's a photo with a rose gold band.

I would think the color of the basket would be the most impactful metal, if anything would.
There is a K emerald cut at DbL that was set in rose gold, and the stone took a sort of "pinkness" to it. If you read the description they didn't think the same effect would occur with a higher color:
