Do you wear simple bead strand necklaces?

Came across ebay and see some colorful gemstone bead necklaces thinking to get one or two to wear with summer dresses. I specifically like the rondelle but there's just so many of different gems, sapphire, opal, beryl, moonstone...

Can you show me (on you neck ) if you have one!

I love them, I have quite a few!
I have an opal and amethyst bead necklace (a remake I did) a beryl bead necklace with a Jade Centre (another remake for a broken piece).
I also a 3 strand ruby bead necklace, a longer length emerald bead necklace, an apatite necklace, a faceted Smokey Quartz necklace, an Australian opal bead necklace, a multi colour tourmaline necklace and two Ethiopian opal bead project necklaces.
Oh and a round smooth garnet bead necklace. My colour change garnet necklace I restrung between some pearls to get more length.
And I forgot, I have an amazing multi gem bead necklace as well.

The clasp has a carved emerald cabochon with Rose cut diamonds around.

Beryl, phosphosderite, fluorite, keshi pearl, meteorite. I am working on a Sunstone necklace project I am beading. I have an amethyst necklace I beaded with a stalactite pendant also.

This is turning out to be great inspiration for my impending whitby jet project (×2)
I want to lengthen the necklases but im still to deside what gemstone bead to use
So keep posting pictures of your beads !

Went and looked at the rose quartz necklase again today
tried it on
it was very nice coloured untreated rose quartz
But it was over $500
And im sure i can find some rose quartz to make my own

I like the green beryl beads from the etsy listing, but for 1/5 of the price, ebay have some similar looking beads

Stonesdirect on etsy has a good selection. Depending on how you want to do the clasp, certain supplies are required but it is not difficult.

Anyone have recommended vendors for doing the sourcing + stringing? I love the Harwell Godfrey rainbow piece but could never spend $2k on it. However, to get the variety of stones I’d need to DIY it would end up being pretty costly.

there's a jeweler that used to sell via etsy, looks like she now has an online shop ... lots of pretty rainbow gemstone necklaces. they're mostly briolettes/drops but maybe she could make something custom?
