Do you think this is misleading?

I though Whiteflash had ACA trademarked? I though Brian owned the rights......

Do the 2 "ACA" mean the same thing? The ebay one states "Allstate Certificate Advantage", what does the Whiteflash ACA stands for (forgive my newbie ignorance

It's the shorthand for a certificate company like GIA or AGS (although obviously far inferior)...so no I don't think it's misleading (intentionally at least) because they aren't trying to claim they are A Cut Above diamonds, just that they come with an ACA certificate.

Whiteflash ACA stands for their branded diamonds, A Cut Above hearts and arrows diamonds. No such thing as newbie ignorance here Blast - no worries!!!

I think it''s fine because they explain very clearly what their ACA means and there is no mention of A Cut Above anywhere on that webpage.
