Do you dream in bling?!

No joke - last night I had a dream that the stones in my eternity ring were falling out! First one stone, and then they were dropping all over the place. I remember putting some of the stones in my pocket and in my mouth (!). Crazy night musings What's your craziest bling dream/nightmare? Go:

Yes, yes!!
I dream about jewelry often!
My dreams are almost always about sapphires.
Once I had a dream that I was at a flea market(!) and a man had cases and cases of sapphire rings, and I couldn't decide which one I wanted.
The dreams usually involve me trying on sapphire rings, and not being able to decide which one I want. I have sapphire dreams often. So weird.

Recently I visited a friend who showed me her deceased MIL's 1.5 ct. diamond ring.
She isn't interested in wearing it ....crazy, huh?
Anyway, that night I dreamed that I was wearing it, and the stone was missing, and I was looking all around for it.
I thought I was the only weirdo who dreams about jewelry!

Oh yeah, I've had dreams about bling! I've had several where the diamond fell out. And a few where the center stone kept changing shape, and becoming worse in clarity as the dream went on. So weird!

I wonder if dreaming about stones falling out has the same meaning as dreaming about your teeth falling out or dreaming about being late, etc (ie stress dreams).

Dreaming of bling would be such a relief! I have nightmares almost every night. Lately I've been doing complex math problems in my dreams. It's very stressful, lol.

Lyra - I went through many years when I had frequent nightmares. They've largely stopped now. But there were times when I thought that being asleep must surely be more stressful than being awake and I didn't see how I could be getting much rest, I had such frequent bad dreams. I was like, well, my heart rate must be really high!

Yup all the time! Usually involves me stumbling across some unrecognised precious gemstone at a op shop and buying it for a song... The feeling of walking away quickly with a priceless perfect red spinel or paraiba tourmaline in my pocket for mere pennies is the best! LOL

I had once thought of starting a thread like this, but then felt it might be strange. Now I glad to know I'm not the only one who dreams of jewellery.
Most of my dreams are vague, and involve being in a boutique, looking at masses and masses of beautiful jewellery. They always are very pleasant dreams!
