Seriously, when people approach me with some kind of mentally or emotionally abusive garbage, I always think: wow, is there something in my post history that makes you think you're going to get away with treating me like that?

But there are always people who will do it, because the internet is the world's greatest medium for projecting onto other people whatever someone wants to, and if they get the support of the group, well, that's how it rolls.
