I would love nothing more than for both of these clowns to step down from their respective tickets - for the good of the country - but doubt it would happen.

I'm so disappointed in any American who would stoop to this level of scum just to win. Here's a clue - EVERYONE loses after this election, regardless of who wins.

I just got my ballot in the mail yesterday and have to do some research. Evan McMullin is on it.

Neither one thinks he / she has done anything wrong. The other one is the slime ball, not me.

But after this farce, we do need something in place that would have disqualified both a long time ago.

If found to be true, I look forward to the WH quickly denouncing these actions and having the DOJ investigate, given the WH Press Secty said today (in regards to the bombing of the NC Republican HQ) that "there is no justification for the use of violence to advance a political agenda".

I won't hold my breath.

Are you familiar with O'Keefe/Project Veritas? Do some research, if not. The guy's famous for heavily doctoring his videos.

I'll wait for investigation into his investigation before reaching for my pitchfork.

What O'Keefe has been accused of is - ironically - the same thing he is documenting in this video - manipulating reality for political gain; so if you refute him, you should also refute the DNC & HRC Campaign for their actions and vice versa ... IF the truth ever comes out. Certainly it won't be in time for this election, if ever. :???:

I watched the whole video and don't know these people in the video but the implications of criminal activity (inciting violence) and campaign finance wrongdoing should be investigated. Disgusting. Thank you for posting. I will not hold my breath either.

Exactly! I was horrified to hear the one guy say he hires the homeless and mentally handicapped to carry out these activities ... with such arrogance as if he was doing them a favor with little risk because of their situation. Talk about 'deplorable'!

Now it's clear why the bill for those dinners and speeches was so high when you have to pay for a nationwide effort involving sleazy politicians, unions, private 'PACs', etc. to recruit and carry out planned & targeted violent acts against innocent people just trying to hear a candidate ... all the while, people pointed the finger at Chump's supporters and him as blame for the violence at his events.

I'm looking forward to hearing both HRC's "public and private positions" on this.

Some of the tactics described in the video are the exact ones that the Westboro Baptist Church uses. WBC incites under the guise of free speech with their horrible filthy comments and people attack them. We were warned by our local law enforcement to expect WBC at a funeral for one of our fallen in Iraq. It seems they sucker people in with their crap and then sue. They have won lawsuits and that is how they are funded.

He wasn't just accused, he was guilty of it. Multiple times. He's a known huckster in the journalism world, and his specialty is "manipulating reality." Now-- if this IS true, and they can trace it to Hillary or any senior campaign members (not her campaign who pays this group who pays this group who pays this group who employed these people) it's a big deal, but this guy has very little credibility. Full, unedited tape should clear everything up.

Except - in the guy's own words - it is set up that way specifically to prevent tying the acts to HRC ... to keep her hands clean. It's like the worst kind of multi-level accountability/leadership "laundering". But in the end, it's HER staff, HER campaign, and SHE is ultimately accountable even if she doesn't hold herself to such standard.

Again, I am not holding my breath. I am even willing to bet my home that HRC "will not recall" any details .. if ever questioned about it.

Wow this O'keefe guy is a piece of work. He doesn't just record, he illegally records and and also stages the events by inserting people into the video who are the ones inciting illegal behavior. He has broken into people's offices to try to wiretape, illegally recorded conversations, manipulating video footage by editing. Not a journalist.

Two items from Wikipedia:
Abbie Boudreau (2010)
In August 2010, O'Keefe planned a staged encounter with the CNN correspondent Abbie Boudreau, who was doing a documentary on the young conservative movement. He set up an appointment at his office in Maryland to discuss a video shoot.[75] Izzy Santa, executive director of Project Veritas, warned Boudreau that O'Keefe was planning to "punk" her on the boat by trying to seduce her—which he would film on hidden cameras.[75][76] Boudreau did not board the boat and soon left the area.[75][76]

CNN later published a 13–page plan written by O'Keefe mentor Ben Wetmore.[77] It listed props for the boat scheme, including pornography, sexual aids, condoms, a blindfold and "fuzzy" handcuffs.[75][76][78] When questioned by CNN, O'Keefe denied that he was going to follow the Wetmore plan, as he found parts of it inappropriate.[76] Boudreau commented "that does not appear to be true, according to a series of emails we obtained from Izzy Santa, who says the e-mails reveal James' true intentions."[79]

Following the Boudreau incident, Project Veritas paid Izzy Santa a five-figure settlement, which included a nondisclosure agreement.[80] Funding decreased from conservative political organizations following this CNN incident.[80]

Attempted Sting of Open Society Foundations (2016)
On March 16, 2016, O'Keefe attempted to call Open Society Foundations under the assumed name of "Victor Kesh", describing himself as attached to "a, uh, foundation"[sic] seeking to "get involved with you and aid what you do in fighting for, um, European values."[sic] O'Keefe forgot to hang up after recording the voicemail, and several more minutes of audio were recorded, revealing that he was attached to right-wing group Discover the Networks and planning a series of attempts to create embarrassing videos or other recordings of targeted groups.[109][110]

And not to beat a dead horse, this secret conspiracy, is, unnecessary and doesn't pass the sniff test. There doesn't need to be anyone to incite violence at Trump rallies (let alone some shadow organization that is secretly supported by Clinton with no evidence of this), as Trump himself, in the open, encourages and incites violence against others at his own rallies! There is plenty of footage of both Trump encouraging violence, and of Trump supporters attacking people, dragging them out, spitting on them, without provocation (other than the atmosphere the Trump rallies provide).

As soon as I saw this site, I thought that this was very tame stuff compared to what Donald Segretti pulled for Nixon! While looking for a site that catalogued all (or even many) of Segretti's tricks, I came across this list of someone's idea of the top ten political dirty tricks pulled in history. Many of them are quite recent. (Well within the past 30 years or so.) If you want to be entertained and educated, read about these tricksters. I am off to look for a site about Segretti.

http://dailycaller.com/2016/10/18/activist-who-took-credit-for-violent-chicago-protests-was-on-hillarys-payroll/

The campaign paid her $1,610.34 as a “payroll” expense, and also gave her a $30 payment that is described only as “phone.” The payments are both dated Feb. 29, 2016, less than two weeks before the violence in Chicago. Those are the only payments Rodriguez has ever received from the Clinton campaign. It’s not immediately clear what the payment was for, and it’s also unclear whether Rodriguez was really behind the agitation in Chicago or if she was simply making an empty boast.

In the months afterward, Rodriguez was paid handsomely by other political operations. She received a $1,108.97 travel reimbursement from MoveOn.org Political Action in May, and in June she was paid a whopping $17,500 by Stand Up For Ohio PAC as a “political consulting fee.” Stand Up For Ohio PAC is itself heavily funded by MoveOn.
Her payments received:

I don't care who you are or what party you align yourself to - this STINKS!

And to level the comparison - when it was Chump's "locker room" talk video, there was immediate judgment and condemnation. :nono:

But when it's video with alleged evidence against HRC & DNC, well now, let's just wait for the facts to come out. :silenced:

I am not buying 100% the outputs of this latest 'revelation'; however, IMO, there is a very calculated pattern of deception tied to/by HRC that traces back to her time as First Lady and it seems every day there is another 'revelation' that it just continues to fester into an incurable cancer, always skirting *just* within the law. At some point, when it walks like a duck, sounds like a duck, and looks like a duck, a reasonable person will conclude it is - in fact - a duck.

Jenn,

Chump did not commit "locker room talk." He bragged about sexually assaulting women. There was no need to "wait and see" because the evidence was a video of Trump admitting to this behavior.

Whatever this is...there is nothing that directly links Hillary yet. And the sources are dodgy at best. So yes, I will wait and see.

HC does it not bother you at all that people in your party may be doing this? I would be outraged if this were Republicans and so would the media. O'keefe has damaged himself with the other things he has done and that is likely why it was not picked up initially. No one wants egg on their face. The fact that Foval has been sacked leads me to believe there is at least a modicum of truth to it. It is part of their plan to keep this from leading directly to Hillary so I am sure there is no email or video from her. That is what she and the DNC pay people to do - keep it from leading to her. Still hinky IMO.

This is an absolutely fabulous article. I wanted to quote many parts of it. It chronicles the adventures of Donald Segretti, working for Nixon and how Segretti met Karl Rove, who played dirty tricks on people for George W. Bush. Then it goes on to the antics of Ted Cruz. The thesisi of the article is that there is a long history of dirty tricks within the Republican Party. The title of the article is:

"Before Ted Cruz, There Was Donald Segretti, Nixon's Master of Dirty Tricks"

If you think Ted Cruz is getting dirty, try 1972.

Back when Richard Nixon was running for re-election, it was called 'ratf*cking,' and the man in charge was Donald Segretti. A former Treasury Department lawyer, Segretti knew Nixon from their days at the University of Southern California, where they first began using dirty tricks in student elections.

As a staffer on Nixon's Campaign to Re-elect the President, known widely as CREEP, Segretti worked with others to spy on investigative reporter Jack Anderson, infiltrate the grassroots group Vietnam Veterans Against the War and ultimately to break into the Democratic Party's national headquarters at The Watergate in Washington D.C.

Watergate remains the Nixon campaign's defining event, but before the break-in Segretti was responsible for the "Canuck Letter," which accused liberal Maine Senator Edmund Muskie of making disparaging comment about Canadians, all but ruining his 1972 presidential campaign.

Segretti was also the brains behind a slew of anonymous mailings, one printed on Muskie letterhead, that accused Democratic Senator Henry "Scoop" Jackson of fathering a child with a teenager, and charging that another had been arrested for homosexuality in the 1950s. Back before Stonewall, so-called anti-sodomy laws were commonplace, and fair game for politics.

For some, these were 'Good Fellas' moments. Boys being boys. But as Charles Pierce wrote, 'ratf*cking' was born of the belief that 'political sabotage for its own sake is a worthy enough goal.' On a more personal level, it's 'essentially bullying...about ridicule and deceit as ends in themselves.'

Of course, dirty tricks didn't begin or end with Segretti.

George W. Bush's political advisor Karl Rove, who met Segretti when he was 21, used accusations of being gay to undermine opponents, including Texas Governor Ann Richards, whom Bush defeated in 1994. Then in 2000, in South Carolina, fliers, e-mails and push polls surfaced alleging that Arizona Senator John McCain had fathered an African-American daughter out of wedlock. He actually had adopted a girl from Bangladesh.

Rove's attacks on McCain in 2000 read like a laundry list of dirty tricks. Which leads us to Cruz's presidential campaign.

In recent days, both Florida Senator Rubio and Ben Carson have accused the Texas senator's campaign of dishonesty, deceptiveness or downright lies. Carson remains bitter that on the day of the Iowa Caucuses, Feb. 1, Cruz's campaign told its supporters by phone and e-mail, that the nuerosurgeon-turned-religious-book-writer was suspending his quest for the Republican nomination, and heading to his home in Florida."

This is not the best of the article. Click on the link to read about Marco Rubio and the Bible.

So Hillary's campaign paying this woman ... doesn't matter to you? :hand:

I did not hear on the Chump video Donald saying "I DO THIS" ... it was spoken more metaphorically about life as a celebrity (again, I'm NOT condoning the words, him saying them, or the actions ... just how I interpreted the conversation).

But since you want to go by exactly what the videos show, why would you then NOT apply the same to this video showing DNC & HRC paid employees admitting to causing assault and inciting violence & riots at rallies to help their candidate win? People were hurt in those rallies and riots. Or does it only matter when the victims are liberal and/or women?

First, I would like someone to tell me how stepping down from being the candidates would actually help the country.

It appears that Foval worked for Brad Woodhouse. Woodhouse is the president of Correct the Record that I asked if PSers were involved with the other day.

http://correctrecord.org/president-of-correct-the-record-brad-woodhouse-calls-attacks-on-clinton-foundation-ludicrous/

Woodhouse has given a statement to Fox that Foval has been fired.

So am I to believe that they had no idea any of this was going on?

Here is the about page for Correct the Record:

http://correctrecord.org/about-us/

Correct The Record is a pro-Hillary Clinton Super PAC.
