dimend scaasi buying ring need help

Hello all. I have figured out which setting and diamond I like. I choose:

Setting: Style 1B1A, 3 stone ring, 14kt White Gold, Finger Size 5.5 - $1300
Center Stone: .46ct round, E, VS2, Ideal cut diamond - $875

I am at the end to checkout but am a little confused. On the front of their page, it stated that I could get 3% off my diamond and 10% off my setting. Nowhere at the checkout do I see the deduction. Does anyone have any idea why this is?

Our promotion discounts are calculated after checkout as our cart doesn''t automatically charge your card.
Go ahead and add all options to the cart and we will process the discounts once the order is received then email you the updated Invoice.
