Difference of H&A

I was wondering is there a major difference between companies H&A??? I''m trying to decide between WF ACA or GOG H&A. But I don''t know if there are major differences between them? Do they both have strick guidelines to call themselves H&A?

I''m a first time buyer and just don''t know that much on H&A or the companies that carry them. I know that WF and GOG have great reputations. Just don''t know which one is better or are they the same.

You should be safe w/WF and GOG hearts and arrows. Ask for a picture so you can see for yourself.
