Diamond Stud Singles at high-end retailers?

I''m looking for singles. 3 actually, being between .15-.17/.25-.30/.45-.5 carats.

I know high-end stores like Tiffany do sell singles, but i don''t know how high their carats go. On the Tiffany website they offer a single, but it''s only .17. I''m hoping the store would carry higher carat value singles.

But what i really want is Harry Winston studs, so does anyone know if they sell singles, and if so, how high their single carats go? i really don''t mind paying the premium, hoping that should HW sell singles, all three in total would be around or less than 10K.

Even Cartier/De Beers/VCA, if you know anything about their singles let me know!

But should all those stores not offer singles that big, I feel like i would have to get loose diamonds and have them set by a local jeweler. In which case, does anyone know reputable "setter" in the san diego area?

You could try Whiteflash or Good Old Gold or James Allen. I don''t know that they do singles, but I don''t see why they wouldn''t.
