The diamonds vary in price between 20-35K. My budget is 26K and would like to get a setting like charmypoo's with the pave spilt shank. We might have to hold out on the setting as we want to get the biggest eye clean diamond J or lower in color.

Please give me your opinion on the above diamonds. Thank you for looking.

Post report number and exact carat weight or other numbers + plot diagrams.

Have you seen these in-person? Examined for some time in a variety of lighting types to determine if they meet your standards for "eyeclean" whatever those are?

Hi Yssie, I really love your new ring and the J color really speaks to me. If you dont mind me asking, what is the clarity of your ring? I have not seen these in person.

Thank you,
sparkles

Older report so no PDF of the actual report with plot diagram available on the website. Older report so you'll want independent verification that the condition of the stone is exactly as described on the report - that it hasn't acquired scratches/chips/nicks from setting/wear in the years since the report was issued.

Numbers on all of those are fine. You'll want to decide what eyeclean means to you (clean from 6" faceup? from 12"? prongable inclusions okay?) and have your vendor vet the stones to your specifications. An SI2 that is clean will cost more than one that isn't, and an SI2 with prongable inclusions will cost more than one without - the market tends to price itself because people will pay more for these stones. You'll also want to have your final choice shipped out to inspect in-person before having it set to confirm that it meets your requirements. There is a definite chance that such a large SI2 or SI1 will not meet those requirements (clean from 6" face-up I mean), so I would advise you to be prepared to have to try again.

Thank you ::) I'm very happy with it. My stone is an SI2 with prongable inclusions. It was a devil to find (not because of the inclusions specifically though, I had other requirements) and it's a devil to have set - it's invariably not oriented properly in terms of pronging said inclusions first time round and has to go back (well, three out of three times so far). Honestly, I love my stone, but if I was going to do it again I'd drop colour further and go with a higher clarity just to avoid that particular headache. YMMV.
