Diamond Insurance options

Hello everyone.........

I was wondering if anyone could help me in finding a good diamond insurance company in California for a diamond recently purchased.!!!

any suggestions on what kind of insurance to get would really help...

Also want to thank everyone for their awesome knowledge on diamond qualities....you all have helped me to select a truly beautiful engagement ring that gets my fiance compliments all the time on her diamond and setting.....thanks again

Four options to mention:

Chubb
Jeweler''s Mutual
a third one available through the insurer advertised on White Flash
a rider on your home owner''s or apartment insurance

all are discussed here a lot, and you can search for more info, depending on your question.

Chubb can be hard to get, costs more, and pays cash in the case of a loss.

Most are replacement policies, otherwise, and do that, when there''s a loss.
