I''ve been thinking about what my mom would like for Christmas and I know that she really loves hoops. I got her some gold hoops a couple of years ago, but I would really like to get her some diamond hoops. I was looking around WF, and I saw these but those are too flashy for my mom, I think she would like something channel set a little more.

Basically, I just want to know what you all think of those or if you have any more suggestions. She likes any metal and I think RBs would be her cut of choice.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Penn!!!

I think a pair of pretty diamond huggies would be a perfect gift for your mom!!!

Here is a pair by Beverly K (from Pearlmans) that I love: http://www.pearlmansjewelers.com/jewelry-designers/beverley-k-jewelry/earrings/24PP2/56/
These are a little more antique-y in style with the milgrain edge and all.

You can give Bill/Julian a call and see what they can do for you! Tell them you're a PS-er!!!

You can get at least 20% off now too with the sale they are running!

Happy holidays!!!

Personally, I''m LOVING the Beverley K pair that Dani posted above! Just gorgeous! (Of course, I might be slightly biased . . . I''ve been on quite the Bev K kick lately! LOL!)

I''m not sure what your budget is, but I really like this pair of Scattered Diamond Huggies from Whiteflash. They''re very subtle and not overly flashy, and they also come in white gold, platinum, or (my favorite) yellow gold!

They are all gorgeous, I like the Pearlman''s and Whiteflash ones. What a super sweet son!!

Thanks ladies, you all are awesome.

I''ve narrowed it down to two choices. The third pair that Dani suggested and these, also from Pearlmans.

How big are those last ones? I like those better in theory but they look a little blingy for an older woman...

Hmmm...Honestly, I''d also take a look at the scattered diamond hoops from Whiteflash - I just think they are a little more subtle and sophisticated, though of course don''t know if they are your mom''s style. But they definitely strike me as being good for a slightly older lady with refined tastes

AGREED. I need to start training my boys to buy me nice bling ASAP when they are born.

You are so sweet Penn! I would go with the smaller ones. I think they have more universal appeal but you know your mom best. How are the twins?

My mom is 45 - not old or too young. But I would say her taste is more conservative or refined. The problem I usually run into is that my mom hates for me to buy her things. I do think I am going to go with the smaller ones. Thanks guys!

Hi Penn,

Well, I really like the pair you posted, but if your mom's taste is more elegant/refined, I would go with the 3rd pair I put up. I think they are so pretty, and out of all the choices, those are the one's I would go with for her. The big hoops are nice, but to me, for a younger/trendier woman.

Let us know what you decide!! Good luck!!!
