Diamond and sapphire 3 stone engagement ring

I have been going nuts trying to find the perfect diamond and sapphires to replicate this ring. Does anyone know a jeweler in or close to NYC area that is reputable and cost effective to help me?

I am looking for 1.5 carat vs2 G color excellent cut diamond and 1 carat each sapphires side stones very good quality.

I would start by posting your budget for the diamond here, then heading over to colored stones and posting your budget for the sapphires and desired mm sizes, as carat weight between sapphires and diamonds are pretty different
