Diamond and prong positioning??

My partner and I have picked out our first diamond and it’s a lab made CVD one (hopefully it turns out okay). I’m now having trouble thinking about how the stone should be set in the ring.

There’s a cloud inclusion near 3’o clock. I’ve asked the retailer to get the setter to try and hide it. Now that I’ve thought about it, would I prefer the inclusion hidden or have symmetry in the diamond?

I’m having it in a 4 prong pave band. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you!

I feel like a round diamond is inherently symmetrical, I would get the inclusion hidden under a prong.
