No way anybody can tell without at least a picture of the actual stone, and preferably with an ASET. I've seen too many ECs with stats that fall into a decent cut range (table, depth, girdle, polish and symmetry), yet not look so great IRL (pictures and ASET). It is impossible to judge just by the numbers.
