Looks good from the numbers, any IS image for that?

Is it eye-clean?

what is an IS image?

Not sure about the eye-clean...its from one of the "in house" dealers and I emailed them to ask...they said most are, but if not you can send it back...

Most are but you can send it back? Ummm no. Customer service means that they check themselves and let you know BEFORE you purchase. Sounds weird to me.

by in house i mean it''s supposedly one of price scopes trusted vendors...Solomon Brothers...

the ideal scope is not listed...they would have to provide that right?

The return policy on the site says there is a 15 day money back return policy...

is it common to ask them to check to make sure a diamond is eye clean? thanks

ya, idealscope would be useful.

Solomon''s bro is not really trusted. I think they just advertise here on PS.

Trusted guys are, WF, GOG, JA, NiceIce and Wink. These vendors will bend over backwards for you to get you the stone and ring you want, and they have much more information available online for us to see before we decide on a purchase.

It is common to ask if a stone is eye-clean to your specification.

When I search "in house" solomon bro''s comes up, but I''ll call and feel things out.

thanks for the help.

OIC, the in house means that those are the stones the vendors have in their possession. So they are able to special timely request, usually more data available and be sure you will get the stone instead of those virtual stone that might be bought up by someone else at the same time.

I guess that''s the idea.

I called...they didn''t have it in the location I called, but were going to check and see if it''s eye clean yadda yadda and call back tomorrow. I''m very much less enthused....

Good Luck.

In case that one doesn''t work out for you, or you just decide against it, here''s one you might look into. I''m not sure what your top budget is, but Jim''s a great guy, he might be able to work with you. (need to ask about the feather posing any problem, though it doesn''t look like it, and if it''s eyeclean)
