Is it possible to use DiamCalc as a "pay per use" tool ? I wouldn''t mind paying a couple of dollars per diamond analysed by it but $280 is a bit much for someone who may only buy one diamond in their life time.

Sorry - it is not set up that way.

The cost to establish the payment gateway and system would probably be grerater than the revenue.

But we are considering how we can make Gem Adviser a standard feature. I am currently working with a large and proactive manufacturing process engineer who works with some of the largest manufacturers to enable .gem files to be listed on their B2B inventory websites.
When we have enough Leonid will enable an icon to let you open the DiamCalc file with the free viewer and perform a multiplicity of tests
