Has anyone ever heard of this vendor or done business with them. A friend bought a stone from them a year and she is not thrilled with it. Supposedly it is almost three carats and F, vvs but the stone looks small and rather dingy to me. She is supposed to get me the cert to take a look at but in the meantime I was curious about the vendor
