Is it bad to have a 2ct stone with a depth of around 61% and table around 69%?

Yes. That table/depth combo will generally dictate a very shallow crown which increases chances of a poor crown/pavilion angle combo.

Can you see the stone and have cut evaluated somehow ? Sure I agree with Jonathan, but this sounds like a rather large piece for it''s weight and if it is nice as well, it could be quite a find. I am being optimistic here - perhaps overly so

Depth %: 62.5%
Table %: 64%

Girdle: Thin to medium
Culet: None

&

GIA
Shape: Princess
Carat: 2.02
Color: H
Clarity: SI1
Depth: 71.5
Table: 70
Girdle: STK-TK
Polish: Excellent
Symmetry: Good
Culet: None
Fluorescence: No
Measurements: 6.88-6.88X4.92
Length/Width: 1.00

Both are very similar in price.
Will the 1.06 l/w ratio make the stone look very rectangular or will still seem pretty square? Thanks again for the help.

That 2.02ct, H, SI1 looks to be very nice. Regarding the 1.06 ratio it shouldn't look that rectangular. Remember, if a princess cut diamond falls between a 1.00-1.05 length to width ratio than it will look square. So the 1.06 is just outside of that. Good luck....
