Date on certification is 2011, seller will not send in for a new certification...is this a problem?

My concern with #2 is that the dimension seems small for a 1.10 carat. Doesn't it?

Most 1ct round diamonds are around 6.5mm so that seems about right to me (if that was what you were asking )
