Hopefully not to hot again today, it was 42degrees here on saturday and DH and I didn''t move from around the pool all day!

Unfortunately the weather in Sydney is not good - looks like rain is on the way. I was hoping for nice sunny skies on my last Australia Day, but I don't think it's meant to be.

Thanks nomissjane! I was up all night for the tennis, watching Dokic play that fantastic match, and got called to work at 3am for a bubba delivery, I never even got to bed!!

After the baby was born we had to perform emergency surgery on another patient, so I was there until midday. I went home and celebrated Australia Day behind my eyelids on the couch!

But DH and I went out for fish'n'chippies on the beach tonight, so that was noice.

Sorry to hear about the weather in Sydney today. The weather in Melbourne was spectacular, and I missed most of it!!

I spent most of the day hungover

I had a friends 30th last night and I didn''t make it home until 12pm today.

It was a shame as we had great weather here today as well- 35.

Looks like Sydney was the only place to have bad weather - it has indeed rained, on and off all night. However, my mission to knock back a few coldies has been accomplished.

Now time for a bit of tennis before I head off to bed.
